F1 Boss Picks Charles Leclerc as Next World Champion,Haas Team Hopes for Good News with Ferrari’s Star Driver

10 months ago By Sports Desk

Guenther Steiner, head of the Haas Formula 1 team, recently joked about the next world champion, expressing his hope that it would be Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc. The joke is not just a joke as Leclerc’s performance not only impacts the Scuderia Ferrari, but also partner teams such as Haas, which shares a crucial technical relationship with Ferrari.

The Verstappen Era and Red Bull’s Dominance:

Formula 1 is currently in the Max Verstappen era, with the Dutch F1 sensation with Red Bull racing winning his third consecutive world title. His wonderful 2023 season of 19 wins in 22 races made Red Bull’s dominance, making Verstappen the undisputed ruler of the F1 grid. However, Guenther Steiner’s watchful eye turns to the Ferrari team and its talented driver Charles Leclerc.

The Importance of Technical Partnership:

Haas, the American team, since its entry into F1 in 2016, has maintained a close technical partnership with Ferrari. This collaboration implies that Haas relies on essential components supplied by the Scuderia Ferrari. Therefore, Ferrari’s performance is not only a matter of prestige, but also has direct implications for Haas’ performance on the track as regarding their technical partnership.

Gunther Steiner’s praises for Leclerc also comes because he has also worked closely with him during his tenure as a test driver for Haas in 2016.

Perspectives for the 2024 Season:

With the 2023 season marked by Red Bull’s dominance, after winning a total of 21 races out of the 22 .And Ferrari remained the only team to win a race other than Red Bull.Attention now turns to what F1 has in store for 2024. Steiner believes that competition will be intense, predicting teams are gonna present significant challenges for Max Verstappen. The Haas boss also highlighted Lewis Hamilton’s good fitness and motivation as factors that could influence next season.

Conclusion:

Charles Leclerc, the Monegasque driver is a wonderful talent in the F1 world, he is the Godson of former F1 star Jules Bianchi, ho died after a brutal F1 crash. His performance with Alpha Romeo Sauber prompted Ferrari to take him in under their hood from the 2019 season. After that he had given some really tremendous performances with them. But the 2023 season proved to be difficult and turmulous for him and Ferrari both, after the Max Verstappen and Red Bull dominance. But surely, Charles Leclerc’s time to shine and grab a Championship is truelly seems to coming, cause he is one of the new F1 drivers on the grid who deserves one Championship title
